Habe ich ja auch nicht geschrieben, aber somit hat der schei..... Launcher wenigstens die restlichen Dateien über Verify nachgeladen......
Wer Rechtschreibfehler findet kann sie behalten !

anbei die tolle Antwort 2 Wochen später vom Concierge:
Das kann ich mir in den Foren auch selbst zusammensuchen.....
Dafür brauche ich keinen Vip-Concierge Service.

Es wusste ja auch niemand auf der Welt, dass WIN10 am 29.07 releast wird..............
Vielleicht sollte man sich mal mit den wirklichen Problemen auseinandersetzen als immer nur bla bla Around the world Themen zu erklären..........
Aber lest selber.......
Die Antwort ist in etwa genau so schlau wie von der Telekom Hotline, haben Sie den Router schon mal ausgesteckt.

Hi there!
I really apologize for the length of time it’s taken to get back to you as we’ve been overloaded with help requests this month, particularly with Windows 10 related issues.
Let’s run down some troubleshooting steps for getting the Launcher to work on Windows 10. We recommend that you do the following steps in order:
Delete your Patcher folder. The default location is C:\Program Files\Cloud Imperium Games but you might have installed it in a different location.
Download Microsoft’s Visual C++ Redistributable from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... x?id=40784. Choose vcredist_x64.exe. You might have to use Internet Explorer or Firefox for this as there have been issues with Chrome.
Download Microsoft’s DirectX 11 from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... aspx?id=35.
Download Microsoft’s .NET Framework 3.5 from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... x?id=25150.
Check for any video driver updates.
Run all Windows Updates.
Run the new Launcher from http://1.webseed.robertsspaceindustries ... _Setup.exe.
Right click the icon to select Run As Administrator.
